85th Academy Awards – 'Best Animated Short’

Unlike my success with guessing Live Action Shorts… I am 0 for 3 in the animated category… so… let’s try again.

For a complete look at eligibility and voting procedures, please take a look at last year’s post:  84th Academy Awards – Best Animated Short.

Snubs:

Like Live Action Shorts, calculating snubs for this category is just not plausible or productive.

**********
Oscar Trends:

Being 0 for 3… I obviously can’t see any trends in this category.  But if I were a betting man, I would go with the film that won the Annie Award.

**********
Prediction:

1.      Adam and Dog
2.     Head Over Heels
3.     Paperman
4.     The Longest Daycare
5.     Fresh Guacamole
